Where we ship

GlowBristle currently ships to Australia and the United States.

Shipping cost

Tracked standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates, not guarantees – carriers, customs checks and public holidays can occasionally cause delays.

Your order ships internationally from our fulfilment partner. As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Australia: you will not pay any import duty, GST or other charges on delivery.

United States: import duties are prepaid by us, so you will not pay anything extra on delivery.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at info.plysoprsa@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
