This online store is operated by Martin Němčík, a sole trader trading as GlowBristle, Company ID (IČO) 30069114, Dlouhá třída 1550/107, 736 01 Havířov, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Battery life and heat-up times are typical values and can vary with use.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australia and in US dollars (USD) for the United States, and include free tracked shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch so you can proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and fully refund it if the product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Safe use

GlowBristle is a heated styling tool. Read the instructions before first use, use it on dry hair only, keep it away from water and out of reach of children, never leave it switched on unattended, and let it cool down before you store it.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the laws of your US state.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
